Good Product. Be Specific.
They'll make what you want but make sure to emphasize your custom measurements. Customer service is okay but they will want you to jump through hoops. My original order requested a custom diameter but they sent a different diameter. My initial interaction with customer service was good. As requested, I provided pictures that showed it was too small for my situation but when elevated to the next level they wanted video of me measuring the cover to show exact measurements and why the cover didn't work. Apparently, "the customer isn't always right and is required to definitely prove their mistake." I decided to keep the non conforming cover and ordered another. Customer service did tell me to emphasize required diameter in order comments and the second order was exactly correct. I'm pleased with the quality of the product.
