They sit at the tip of the load, covering the front face tightly to stop soot, debris, and moisture from coating the cargo during transit. Three Fabric Options to Match Any Hauling Condition

These heavy duty smoke tarps are available in three PVC-coated polyester grades, all waterproof, UV-resistant, mildew-resistant, and built for sustained road use in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 158°F. Choose the right fabric based on your freight and route conditions:

• Freight Shield (13 oz): 1000 denier at 15 mil thickness. Lighter and easier to handle, ideal for drivers using smoke tarps frequently.
• Freight Guard (18 oz): 1000 denier at 18 mil thickness. A standard choice for professional flatbed drivers, built to handle highway wind stress and repeated tie-down tension.
• Freight Armor (22 oz): 1000 denier at 28 mil thickness. Suited for long-haul routes, harsh conditions, and abrasive front-facing cargo that puts extra strain on the tarp surface.

Stable Fit with Secure Anchoring and Custom Sized

These truck smoke tarps feature connected D-rings across the face, providing multiple attachment points for different load shapes. Reinforced webbing hems run along all four edges, keeping the tarp stable under sustained highway wind without fraying at the grommets. These fitted smoke tarps work with or without a bulkhead and complement a steel tarp or coil tarp on mixed-load days to give your full load front-to-back protection. Custom size and multiple color options are available, with a 3" to 4" leeway to ensure proper fit across different load dimensions.
